L’Amuse Bouche aims to offer a hearty lunch experience, with scrumptious French creations that are cooked right in front of you. Using traditional recipes and carefully-sourced ingredients, any lover of crepes and galettes will be in their element here. Imported cheeses play an important part in their creations, such as “the Goaty” (red onion chutney, goat cheese, baby spinach and plum tomatoes) or “the Raclette” (ham, raclette cheese, mushrooms, mustard sauce and rocket salad). Thelo translates as ‘I want’, and once you have tried their souvlaki wraps, you will be left wanting more indeed. Using the most traditional recipes, Thelo caters for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans. Owner Sifi, a trained medical engineer, feels souvlaki is an inheritance for Greek people who have all grown up with it, and he loves sharing it in London. Thelo source the best produce for their wraps, from local farms as much as possible.
