2019 sees the return of Roy Summers and his team supporting Ealing Half Marathon again.

Ealing Fitness Clinic will be the team you see on the day providing the perfect warm up to get you race ready and doing stretches after in the race village.

In addition to this they are there to help get you to the start line in other ways via training tips and nutrition advice along the way.

Training for Ealing Half Marathon

A half-marathon is a significant challenge and training should not to be taken lightly. However a sensible training plan chosen to meet your experience, targets and available time will really make a difference. 12 week training programs start on Monday 8th July 2019.
