There is a plan for different abilities, whether you are a novice or an experienced runner. Along with event specific plans, you can find runs that will support you with every aspect of training.
Ealing Half Marathon Plans:
Those runs highlighted in yellow will be group runs starting from Fuller’s pubs on or near the route and provide you with a secure bag drop if required. These are open to all who want to join us and you will take in part of the Ealing Half Marathon course with a run leader.

28th August 2017, 7:00pm Meet at The Drayton Court Hotel, 2 The Avenue, Ealing London W13 8PH (5 miles)
5th September 2017, 7.00pm Meet at the bottom of Park View Road at the junction with Woodville Gardens, Ealing (hill reps)
10th September 2017, 11:00am Meet at The Castle Inn, 36 St. Mary’s Road, Ealing, London, W5 5E (10 miles)

A half-marathon is a significant challenge and training should not to be taken lightly. However a sensible training plan chosen to meet your experience, targets and available time will really make a difference. 12 week training programs start on Monday 3rd July 2017.
MYASICS is an online tool that helps you achieve your running goals. It allows you to set up an individual training plan for popular running distances: In addition to the individual planning, you can also log your runs, find useful information and communicate and share your progress with other runners via the MYASICS Facebook app; a timeline filled with support and advice that will keep you motivated every step of the way to your goal.
