A series of free running groups aimed at helping complete beginners get into regular exercise has been launched in Ealing in West London. ‘Run and Have Fun’ courses for up to 25 people have commenced in Southall.

The group meets at Spikes Bridge Park, Southall (near astroturf pitch), every Tuesday evening at 19:00pm for 50 minutes.

The sessions are aimed at people with no recent running experience and not suitable for those already able to run distances over a mile. Those interested in taking part should email: running@ealinghalfmarathon.com. They are being provided by the team behind the award-winning Ealing Half Marathon, which is a community interest company aimed at promoting running across the borough.

To attend one of these free sessions just arrive 10 minutes before the start time. Please download and complete the registration form here and bring along to your first session.
