About Us

The idea of bringing a half marathon to the London Borough of Ealing was first discussed in 2011 by a group of friends and runners training with Ealing Eagles Running Club.  The hope is that the event will inspire people in the borough and beyond to take up running as well as inviting runners and their supporters to Ealing for the weekend.

After months of hard work in planning the event and securing a suitable route, the first event will take place on Sunday 30th September 2012.

Planning a half marathon in a busy London Borough is not an easy task and the organisers would like to thank Ealing Council and TfL for their help and assistance in this.

While the event is sure to benefit the local community, there will of course be some local disruption and the organisers would like to thank those affected for their patience and understanding.
